Dear Insight Timer Community, starting in August I will be stepping back from my live streaming classes on the app to focus on personal priorities and to explore some new creative projects. This pause will allow me to recharge and return in the future with renewed energy and fresh ideas. This session, unlike the Monday LIVES, is focused on guided gentle breathing exercises. While we wont do anything extreme, always listen to your body and back off if needed.
