All classes are done seated in chairs. No special clothing required, in fact feel free to come in your work clothes. We will start with 20 minutes of gentle stretching and breathwork (breathwork is calming and safe for all), 10 minutes of 'zone breathing' (a moving form of standing meditation that follows the breath, but can also be done seated), a 15-minute guided meditation (we will explore various traditions), and we will end with 10 minutes of tapping to energize the mind and body. A great way to start the day!
If you come late just slip in quietly, we are a casual group.
Classes are $10 cash (walk-ins welcome)
$100 class passes also available (11th class is free).
